Bodh Gaya: Buddhist Mahatirtha

   If Bodh Gaya is said to be one of the best places in the world, there will probably be no exaggeration. Bodh Gaya is considered as Mahatirtha of the Buddhist community. 

   Surely the realization is wonderful. Perhaps for this reason UNESCO has embarked on Bodh Gaya with the decoration of the World Heritage Site. Located in the southeast direction, about 100 km from Patna, Bihar's capital, this city maintains a distinct and distinct reputation in the world.
  This is a very important religious center for Buddhists. At this place, Mahatma Buddha had gained knowledge. The sacred Bodhi tree is also here. At this place, Prince Siddhartha attained the knowledge and became a Mahatma Buddha.  

   This divine-magnificent temple was established during the reign of Emperor Ashoka. In the Bodh Gaya, Mahabodhi Temple Complex is about 50 meters long Mahabodhi Temple is established. The same complex contains 6 other holy sites of Mahatma Buddha's knowledge. 
    This place is surrounded by many ancient stupas. Due to all these factors Bodh Gaya is considered as the largest pilgrimage for Buddhist followers. This Bodh Gaya city of Bihar is considered as a city of temples in particular. Particular is that the realization has become the top tourist destination of the world. 

    People of all religions of the world come to realize the faith and belief. In this divine-magnificent complex of Bodh Gaya, the light music of Budham-Sharanam-Gachhwami continues to flow. This music surreal makes a pleasant feeling of peace. People from different religions and communities of the world come here in search of spiritual peace. 
    It is a city near Bodh Gaya. Gaya also has a long series of temples in the city. It is a special feeling that the best time to visit is the opportunity of Buddha Jayanti because there is a festive atmosphere like Buddha ji on Buddha Jayanti. Mahabodhi Temple is decorated with the help of millions of candles. 

   As soon as the sun shines, the Mahabodhi Temple complex gets illuminated with light. This rainbow scene is amazing. This scenery of beauty leaves an indelible impression on the mind of the tourists. This unique experience is always going to be remembered.  
   The structure of Mahabodhi temple is similar to the stupa founded by Emperor Ashoka. This temple has a divine idol of God Gautam Buddha established. The idol is established in the currency of Padmasana. The Buddha's huge post marks are made before the idol. These Buddha signs are considered as Dharmaccharra Enforcement. This idol is also called Animesh Lochan.  

   The legend is that the idol is established only at the place of attainment. All-round stone carvings of the temple are carved. This railing is considered the oldest remains in Bodh Gaya. There is a very rich park on the southeast side of the premises.  
   In this park Buddhist monk meditates meditation. Behind the temple there is a peepal tree. It is called Bodhi tree. Under this tree, Mahatma Buddha attained the knowledge. Explains that the present tree is the fifth generation tree.

   In the morning and evening, the temple gets tuned with the tune of the arti and hour. The north part of the temple is known to be known as Chankamana. This stone is made of black stone lotus flower. This lotus flower is considered a symbol of war. 
   There are roofless ruins in the north west of the temple. This site is known as Ratnadharara. Explains that after attaining knowledge, Mahatma Buddha spent the fourth week at this place. According to legends, during the period of intense meditation of Buddha, a ray of light emerged from his body. The flag beacons are observed from this ray of light.


   All necessary resources are available for the visit of Bodh Gaya. The nearest airport is Gaya International Airport. Distance from the airport is 7 kilometers. The nearest railway station is Gaya Junction. Tourists can also travel by road.
